Admission Requirements

Nebraska Wesleyan University uses a broad, comprehensive process to review and select applicants. We examine the rigor of the college you attended and the difficulty level of the classes you took.

• Must be in good standing at your current college or university.
• Must have at least a 2.00平均绩点.
• After acceptance, the NWU Registrar will determine how your credits will transfer.

How to complete your admissions application

• Request your official final high school transcript and official transcripts from all colleges attended. NWU recommends ordering electronic transcripts when available. Select Nebraska Wesleyan University as the recipient. We cannot accept student-provided transcripts.
• 完成 Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), entering in the college release and certification section the full name of Nebraska Wesleyan University and College Code 002555.

Undergraduate credit is granted from regionally-accredited two- and four-year institutions for courses with a grade of “C-” or above. NWU accepts a maximum of 94 semester credit hours from all regionally-accredited institutions. NWU accepts a maximum of 64 semester credit hours from regionally-accredited two-year institutions. Transfer classes with grades of “C-” or above are evaluated on a course-by-course basis.

Everyone who transfers to Nebraska Wesleyan's undergraduate program is eligible to receive ONE of these scholarships:

1. Prairie Wolves Transfer Scholarship
   All admitted transfer students receive this renewable $20,000年奖学金, unless they qualify for a different award.
2. Phi Theta Kappa Transfer 奖学金
   PTK students are invited to apply for the NWU-PTK Full 学费 Scholarship. One student receives this award and all PTK transfer students (except the full-tuition recipient) receive a renewable $29,000年奖学金.
3. Pathways Transfer Scholarship
   Students who transfer from a Pathways Partner college receive a renewable $22,000年奖学金.
4. Access NWU Full 学费 Scholarship
   Students who are eligible for a Federal Pell Grant qualify for this renewable full-tuition Access NWU Scholarship.

5. $1,000 Campus or Virtual Visit Grant
   You automatically receive this renewable $1,000 grant when you tour campus or arrange a virtual visit. (1)限制.
